Alphaedge 4d series#
The last case in the series presents the final Alphaedge 4D midsole created by adidas. Using a simple string design, the second model illustrates how different densities of lattice are placed within the midsole. The first model illustrates three dimensionally the data that adidas captures from foot pressure, each ball representing one general pressure point. Developed using athlete data, the 3D-printed lattice. This ‘Off White’ iterationissued in June 2019supports dynamic movement in a flexible Primeknit upper clad with integrated lacing and tonal TPU structures. However, often the tricky part that’s over looked, once you’ve managed to perfect that intricate balance of parts and finally create the product you been envisioning, is how to tell that complex story in a palatable way to the general consumer.Ī great example of that would be Adidas’ “4D” midsole.
